Our Vision
To provide a committed, safe, caring and respectful learning environment where students are engaged to achieve their full potential.
Our Beliefs
- We belong to a committed, culturally responsive school.
- We focus on students’ health and well-being and support students to develop into respectful, responsible and resilient members of their community.
- We have high expectations for student achievement and encourage all students to demonstrate their personal best
Our Aim
At Beachlands Primary School, we pay particular attention to the early years of schooling, from KindiLink to Year 2. These years are the platform from which every child can become a successful student.
Our Program
The Kindy teaching and learning program is based on the National Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) – “Belonging, Being & Becoming”.
Our Kindy program strives to be child-centred, balanced, relevant and interesting. The EYLF, Kindy Curriculum Guidelines (SCSA) and the West Australian Curriculum outline what we expect students to achieve in the early years.
At Beachlands Primary School, we focus on developing literacy, numeracy and social skills through adult-guided and play-based learning experiences.
Our goal is to provide an exciting program that allows children to learn through relevant and meaningful experiences that cater for different learning styles and levels of development.
